Wrong Bird Training Loop Prototype

Wrong Bird is a pet raising simulator with roguelite mechanics in which you train penguins to fly! I came up with the idea for the game in late 2025, and my desire to create this game is what ultimately drove me to begin learning game design. Through this project, I have gained a greater understanding of UI and UX by creating a menu that is satisfying to use. I also learned a lot about creating RNG-based systems and became more comfortable utilizing structures and enums. I was able to complete a polished prototype of the penguin training game loop in May 2026, and I will soon be beginning work on the distance launching game loop. My hope is to have a complete vertical slice done by Fall 2026.
